At Le's Nail Bar, we are committed to providing high-quality and professional services to all of our clients. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have established the following policies:
Appointments
We highly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee immediate service.
Cancellations
We understand that things come up and plans change. However, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Arrivals
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but please note that your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to ensure we are able to maintain our schedule.
Children
For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for our clients, we ask that children under the age of 12 not be brought into the salon unless they are receiving services. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Cleanliness
We take hygiene very seriously and adhere to strict cleaning and disinfection procedures. All of our tools and equipment are sterilized before and after each use. We use disposable items wherever possible.
Health Conditions
If you have any health conditions or concerns, please inform your technician before your service so that we can take appropriate precautions.
Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. We do not accept personal checks.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the service price, but it is greatly appreciated. The recommended gratuity is 15-20% of the service cost.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase and may be used for services or retail products. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Service Satisfaction
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know immediately so that we can make it right.
