Appointment policy

At Le's Nail Bar, we are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional service and a positive experience. To help us maintain our commitment to quality, we have established the following appointment policies:

Scheduling

We highly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee immediate service.

Confirmation

We will confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance via phone or email. Please respond to confirm your appointment or let us know if you need to reschedule.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a fee.

Late Arrivals

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but please note that your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to ensure we are able to maintain our schedule.

Services

Please arrive on time for your scheduled service to ensure we have enough time to complete your service. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule it for another time.

Group Bookings

For group bookings, we require a credit card to hold the reservation. Cancellations for group bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Deposit

For certain services, we may require a deposit to hold your appointment. The deposit will be applied towards your service and is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up for your appointment.
